How much water should I drink when working out?
If you want to perform and feel your best when working out, staying hydrated is key. But do you know how much water you should be drinking and when you should drink it? I personally notice a huge difference when I stay hydrated throughout the day before working out. Doing so always makes me feel more energized and focused.
