Workout video: Full-body workout you can do anywhere!

Want to workout, but too busy to get to the gym?

No more excuses! Here is a quick full-body workout that you can do almost anywhere. This one can easily be done at home, in your hotel room, at the park, or even the beach! You don't need much space and it doesn't take long to get through. 

All you need is a bench/ledge/chair and a set of resistance loop bands. If you don't have the bands, no problem! You can do the exercises without them.

3 circuits, do each one 3 times

Leg Circuit: 

1. Step-up to balance- 10 reps each leg

2. Squats- 10 reps

3. Crab walks- 10 steps out and back

4. Toe Taps- 10 reps each leg

Rest 30 seconds and repeat circuit 3x

Arms Circuit:

1. Tricep dips- 10 reps

2. Commandos- 10 reps each arm

3. Pushups- 10 reps

4. Mountain Climbers- 10 reps each leg

Rest 30 seconds and repeat circuit 3x

Abs Circuit:

1. Toe touches- 10 reps

2. Russian twists- 10 reps each side

3. Plank- 1 min

4. Burpees- 10 reps

Rest 30 seconds and repeat circuit 3x
