About Mikaela

 I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and love helping others discover the benefits of exercise. 

I've been an athlete my whole life, but it wasn't until a few years ago that fitness became one of my biggest passions. After suffering for years from stomach issues, indegestion, and anxiety, I started exercising regularly and almost all of my symptoms went away. 

Since then, working out has become part of my regular routine, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
